A simply extraordinary and utterly unique estate Jewel set in solid 18k yellow gold, and featuring a stunning Ruby probably from the famed gem isle of Mozambique weighing an impressive 2.02ct. The beautifully made ring contains an array of clean and white natural not lab diamonds of very good quality totalling an extraordinary 3.57ct. The star of the show is certainly however the superb Ruby which is of a gorgeous hue of vibrant ‘traffic light’ red, arguably exactly how ruby should ideally be. These pics have been taken under 3 different light sources: the first under indoor lighting, the next group under daylight and finally under strong incadescent lighting - under sunlight the stone is equally impressive. How near is that colour to the famed 'pigeon's blood' hue of lore? - extremely close, I would say! Clarity wise the stone is extremely good iindeed the gem is eye clean to all but the exceptionally eagle eyed and is only slightly included when viewed under magnification.The stone has been heated by simple traditional heat only. Cutting is excellent and the oval shape has been beautifully presented by the gem cutter with virtually zerio windowing. The stone is heated, normal heat only. The ruby is transparent and is *exceptionally* bright and vibrant - this genuinely is a stunning and bright immense ball of red fire! Exceptionally vivid, lively and simply alive, the ruby positively glows, just as natural ruby should - a stunning product of nature.
