A truly delightful natural saltwater Pearl from the cassis cornuta family weighing an impressive 14.49ct. The colour is a gorgeous pastel hue of slightly brownish yellow, turning to brown/yellow ochre under darker lighting conditions, simply gorgeous! The Pearl is free from ugly blemishes, with the exception of the tiny blemish on the side, as shown. There is a simply lovely, but feint and delicate, ‘flame’ pattern on the Pearl, though this is indeed delicate and only visible under strong lighting. We have taken the photos under two different lighting conditions: the more orange images been taken under sunlight, whilst the brownish colours were photographed indoors, away from a window. No treatment whatsoever, absolutely extraordinary. The shape is a slightly asymmetrical oval button. The Pearl has been polished. Perfect for a stunning ring or pendant. This is an totally natural saltwater Pearl and not cultured! Actually, we bought this together with another pearl as a pair, but we have lost the other one :-( Hence, the attached certificate is for two pearls. If we find the other one, we will offer the pair together ;-).
