A simply Gorgeous Australian Black Opal & Diamond pendant handcrafted in 18k yellow gold. Approximately 20-30 years old. The star of the show is unquestionably the central Opal - the background colour is a medium to a darker blue with flashes of green, turquoise and light blue. We estimate the weight at 2.80ct. No cracks, crazing or blemishes. Any white marks or ‘commas’ are simply reflections of light and are not present on the gem. Absolutely beautiful! The diamond accent is natural not lab created and weighs possibly 0.02ct. The oval pendant is approximately 18x13mm, excluding the top bail.
