The Padparadscha Sapphire is simply gorgeous - a light pastel pinkish peach, with arguably pink the dominant hue in sunlight and peach under incandescent lighting - a delightful hue which shows extreme fire and vibrancy. This is unquestionably, together with pigeon’s blood red, one of the most sought after gem colours in the entire world. The stone is absolutely eye clean and is virtually but not quite loupe clean as well - superb clarity for the gem genre.
